The Tourist-Information Friedrichshafen acts as an agent between guest and accommodation facility. I am aware that, after receipt of the written booking confirmation, a binding contract of acceptance exists, which must be fulfilled by the contracting parties (guest, hotel). Cancellations must be made early enough, so that the hotel has the opportunity to sell the room to another guest. Otherwise the guest shall be liable for compensation. In case of cancellation, the Tourist-Information Friedrichshafen is allowed to charge an administration fee of 5.00 EURO incl. tax.
